Everything was simply very good. The room was neat and compact with all necessary equipments, a large bathroom plus a window in the ceiling, I felt comfortable there. The stay itself was such great, the staff was amicable and excellent and available.

I arrived at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a working washing machine, which was a great convenience. The highlight was definitely the spacious terrace where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with the metro station right outside the hotel and the tram 28 just a short walk away. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for a short visit to the city.

Very small room with no view, misleading advertising about the size and amenities of the "apartment", no comfortable seating in the room, slippery shower tray and small pillows that weren't great for sleeping.

The hotel is well located, just out of the centre and close to the metro station which makes transportation easy to anywhere in this city. The rooms are spacious, new, and well-equipped providing the perfect stay for a comfortable time. The staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay and found it to be clean and welcoming.
